Birds are chirping, trees are budding, and flowers are blooming. Spring is upon us!

Each spring, as the grasses turn green and the skies turn blue, many of our clients that have held off on reserving time to photograph their rural property or outdoor projects start calling all at once. As a result, by early March, we’re typically already booked up through the end of April. By the middle of March, we’re typically booked up through the end of May.

To help ensure that we have ample time to serve our existing clientele and take care of existing projects in a timely manner, during the months of March, April, and May, we do not generally take on new clients or new projects that are time-sensitive. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, and we understand that it’s a serious hardship for some clients and projects.

Regrettably, there are only so many hours each day, and so many days in each week, and our employees occasionally whine about needing “sleep.” Please know that during these months, we work seven days per week, often 12+ hours each day, but we still cannot keep up.

Also, as they say, “April showers bring May flowers.” But the showers also cause even more delays and headaches when scheduling outdoor shoots. If your project gets rained out, please be patient and know that we’re working as quickly as we can to get your shoot rescheduled for a better day!

If you’re a potential new client, please know that we value your future business, too, and if your project isn’t time-sensitive, we’d be glad to discuss it with you and get it scheduled for after the busy season in June!

Don’t hesitate to reach out to me anytime with your questions or concerns. I can be reached easily via email at aaron@kerrvillephoto.com . And thanks!
