How much do your services cost?

Please see our more detailed answers on the Drone Services & Pricing page. But generally, we have a package of aerial photos for $200 plus mileage, or we have our hourly rates of $100 per hour for photography and $50 per hour for editing, plus mileage, with a 2-hour on-site minimum. Typical real estate photo sessions are booked for the $200 package, while combination photo/video tours or larger projects are billed at the hourly rates.

What type of drones do you use?

We use two models: DJI Inspire Pro X5 and the DJI Phantom 3 Professional. Both drones allow us to shoot high resolution photography and video up to 4k. They are both very advanced platforms with stabilization built in for silky smooth video recording. The X5 has a micro 4/3 sensor and interchangeable lenses, allowing us to get those very cinematic shots, and more attractive photos at 16 megapixels.

How are the photos delivered?

Typically we deliver all of the photos in high resolution format by sending you a link to a ZIP file. The ZIP file is a large compressed file that has all of the images within it. Using your operating system’s built in software, you right-click and “extract” the photos after you have downloaded the ZIP file. More help on ZIP files can be found here:¬†

How are the videos delivered?

When you order a package that includes video, we edit the video for you and then deliver the finished file as an MP4 file encoded in H.264. This format is ready to upload to YouTube, Facebook, or other video hosting sites.

If you need a different format, we’re happy to oblige. Just let us know what you need and we can deliver.

How do we book your services?

The easiest way to book is to email Aaron Yates at with your needs and a description of your project. Aaron will get back to you with a written estimate of cost and the first available appointment slots we have. Once you approve the estimate and the timeframe, we will confirm the appointment and begin!

How do you accept payment? What are your invoice terms?

We submit your invoice to you via email when the job is complete. You may choose to pay online by credit card or bank transfer, or you may pay via check in “snail mail.” All of our invoices are due within 30 days, but we prefer payment as soon as possible after we deliver your finished products. If payment is not received by the due date, your license to use the photographs or videos becomes invalid, and may result in our pursuit of legal remedies.
